NB: Natural or withdrawal methods are not recommended.
Natural methods may be suitable later on in life, but not while your menstrual cycle is still irregular. As sperm are present in pre-cum (the liquid that is secreted before ejaculation), the withdrawal method does not protect from STIs or pregnancy.
